Well, the list is finished.
The real estate agent is coming tomorrow and we're listing it.
My neighbor doesn't want us to move so she said she's going to do strange things so potential buyers are afraid to move here. Like get a bunch of old cars on blocks in the front yard, hang a rebel flag, etc.
Keep your fingers crossed.

You're selling cuz the bank wouldn't modify your loan, right? Did you try calling them and saying you're fed up and ask them for an address where you can send the keys? You might be amazed at what that will do.
A friend of mine who has been struggling with her house got this advice from a realtor who specializes in short sales and she tried it and after 4 months of wrangling with her bank and being told to buzz off, they switched her to someone who talked to her, took her info, and . . . turns out she DOES qualify for a loan modification after all.
She just told them that she was fed up with their not being able to help and said she wanted the address where to send the keys.
They tried to calm her down and she just kept telling them that she just couldn't afford it anymore and wanted out and wanted an address where to send the keys -- that's the key phrase (pun intended).
It was amazing.
