my mom and dad used to make us go outside at sunset into the garden with a bucket of soapy water and drown those suckers. they would eave some of the buckets out and trap them during the day. jilly

That made the hair on the back of my neck stand up. Ugh!!!I gave up trying to grow veges cuz I'm too squeamish.What are they?
Japanese beetles. And there are even more of them now. I'm about ready to take all my landscaping out and put in concrete.
